3月29日讯  韩国媒体News One近日撰文分析道，为了在18强赛避开日本或伊朗，韩国队必须要争取在6月的世预赛保持全胜。

韩国队在一胜一平泰国后，最新FIFA积分为1563.99分，排在亚洲第三，澳大利亚队最新FIFA积分则已经上升到1563.93分，虽然仍排在亚洲第四，但和韩国的差距缩小到只有0.06分。

因此接下来的6月世预赛，澳大利亚的FIFA排名有可能会反超韩国，这样的话，韩国队在18强赛分档时只能排在二档，不仅肯定会遭遇日本，伊朗，澳大利亚其中的一支，还要面对伊拉克、乌兹别克斯坦、阿联酋、约旦等三四档球队，赛程过于艰难。

为了避免这种情况的发生，News One表示，韩国队必须要确保在6月的世预赛保持全胜，锁定亚洲第三的排名。
